Adaptive Risk

Same bot, same settings. It sizes to the day.

Adaptive Risk trades bigger when the market moves more and smaller when it is calm. Never above 2× or below 0.5× your chosen risk.

QuantLab develops automated MT5 trading algorithms based on trading research and systematic strategy ideas.

02Do I need to know how to trade?

No. The algorithms execute the predefined strategy rules automatically. You still need to understand the risks of automated trading and choose your own risk settings.

03What is the free option?

The free option gives you access to selected QuantLab algorithms when using Vantage.

04Why do I need Vantage for the free algorithms?

Our free access model is supported through our Vantage partnership. If you want to use supported brokers or prop firms without the Vantage requirement, Premium is the option.

05Can I use QuantLab with a prop firm?

Prop-firm use is available through Premium, subject to the individual prop firm's rules and restrictions.

06Do the algorithms send signals?

No. QuantLab is focused on automated execution. The algorithms run directly inside MT5 and manage trades according to their programmed rules.

07Do I need MetaTrader 5?

Yes. QuantLab algorithms are built to run on MetaTrader 5.

08Is there a guaranteed profit?

No. Trading involves risk. Historical or backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
